BUILDING BRIDGES
The construction of the Jack Tennant Memorial Bridge is set to resume in early May. The constriction will include completion of the approach slabs, paving deck and railings. The construction will result in intermittent closures of parts of the multi-use pathway and the Jim Uffelmann Memorial Park located beneath the bridge when overhead work is being completed. Cochranites are asked to obey the closure notices in the area to keep safe. The Jack Tennant Memorial Bridge is expected to open this fall.
GLENBOW RANCH SPRINGS INTO SUMMER
The Glenbow Ranch Provincial Park is officially open to the public. Washroom facilities are open, but visitors are asked to bring their own toilet paper and hand sanitizer.
