Cochrane to raise Edmonton Oilers flag at the Station

As an Alberta-based team representing Canada in the NHL playoffs, the Oilers will be honoured locally with a flag raising ceremony at The Station.

The Edmonton Oilers are back on hockey’s biggest stage, competing for the Stanley Cup — and Cochrane is showing its support.

As an Alberta-based team representing Canada in the NHL playoffs, the Oilers will be honoured locally with a flag raising ceremony at The Station at Cochrane Crossing, located at 360 Railway St. W.

The Town of Cochrane invites the public to attend the ceremony on Wednesday, June 4 at 2 p.m. and cheer on the Oilers as they chase championship glory.

Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Finals between the Oilers and the Florida Panthers begins on Wednesday, June 4, at 6 p.m.
