Environment Canada has issued a fog advisory for Rocky View County near Cochrane.
Dense fog with near-zero visibility has developed west of Calgary and is expected to dissipate later this morning.
Drivers are advised to:
- Turn on headlights (not just daytime running lights)
- Reduce speed and maintain a safe following distance
- Use caution, as visibility may suddenly drop to near zero
