Better check those tickets twice because a combined $128 million in prizes is up for grabs this weekend through LOTTO MAX and LOTTO 6/49.
Tonight’s LOTTO MAX jackpot can see one lucky winner win an estimated $65 million, with eight additional MAXMILLIONS draws.
Tomorrow night, the LOTTO 6/49 Gold Ball draw is set for a $50 million, or the guaranteed $1 million prize. An additional $5 million Classic draw will also be up for draw this weekend.
According to the Western Canada Lottery Corporation, two record breaking wins in Alberta include a $70 million win in Calgary in 2022, and another $70 million win in Beaverlodge earlier this year.
For $5, each LOTTO MAX play grants three selections, which are all separate times to win the upcoming draw. LOTTO 6/49 cost $3 per play, and gives players selections for both the Classic and Gold Ball Draw. For another chance of winning prizes of up to $250,000 players can add EXTRA to their ticket for just $1.
