As part of the general festivities surrounding the Greystone Pickleball Courts and new regional park grand opening on June 7, several developers put up booths or sponsored events to let current and future Cochrane residents know that Greystone is open for business.
Among the assembled developers was Paradiso Group Ltd., which set up an information table and provided free music and snacks for those wanting to know more about their properties in Greystone.
“The recent grand opening of Greystone in Cochrane wasn't just a ribbon-cutting; it was a tangible step forward in our shared vision for the town's future,” explained Paridiso Group co-owner Josh Grewal. “As we celebrated this new community, our thoughts immediately turned to the core principles that guided its creation: thoughtful design, integrated living, and a deep respect for Cochrane's unique spirit.”
Grewal as well as his partners, Mike Randev and Raghbir Gill, were all present on Saturday to enjoy the day with Cochranites.
The company has about 70,000 square feet of commercial, retail and business properties under development in both Greystone in Cochrane as well as plans to build 130 residential townhouses, duplexes and single-family dwellings in Greysone and Heritage Hills. The single-family dwellings, in particular, have a truly unique design, said Grewal.
