Mayor Jeff Genung speaks at the Remembrance Day Ceremony at the Cochrane Cenotaph on Wednesday (Nov. 11). To comply with COVID-19 public health measures the Cenotaph grounds were cordoned off, with seating reserved for invited guests and veterans.
