The Town of Cochrane’s name that snow plow challenge is down to the finalists, and they’re now looking for people to go to their website to vote.

Cochrane Grade 3 students were challenged to submit their most creative names for the Town’s four crucial snow plows, including a brand new addition and a dedicated street sweeper.  And now the Town is calling on the community to join in on the fun by voting for their favourites.

"Our grade 3 students have truly captured the spirit of Cochrane in their creative submissions,” Drew Hyndman, Executive Director Development & Infrastructure Services, Town of Cochrane. "The addition of a new snowplow to our fleet will play a vital role in ensuring our dedicated Roads team can keep Cochrane’s streets safe and passable this winter. Rolling this new equipment out with a fun community campaign makes this extra special, and we are very thankful to all of the schools who participated.”
