Cochranites looking to stock up on great reads without breaking the bank while supporting the Cochrane and Area Humane Society (CAHS) will be able to do both at their annual spring book sale April 8 and 9 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

For decades, the Round Hall was the social hub of the Bragg Creek community – school Christmas concerts, fundraisers, polling station during elections, birthday parties, and even a belly dancing class were all hosted there.
