The process of approving the future construction of a new Costco warehouse and supporting infrastructure in the Bingham Crossing shopping area of Springbank will finally commence on Feb. 7.

The newly minted executive teams of both the Alberta Wheat and Barley Commissions will be working toward full amalgamation over the course of their terms. The Alberta Wheat Commission announced its new executive team on Jan.

Shepherd said the NDP is also in favour of establishing more day surgeries in Alberta to help alleviate some of that surgical backlog, but sees no reason why the UCP should be giving public dollars to subsidize private corporations to do those surgeries.
