Rocky View Schools (RVS) will now require staff, parents, volunteers, and visitors to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test prior to entering an RVS school or facility, according to a letter issued to parents prior to the Thanksgiving long weekend.

The undefeated Cochrane High Cobras senior girls volleyball team left it all out on the court versus the W.H. Croxford Cavaliers winning three out of five sets in a grueling second last game of the regular season Oct. 18.

The seminar is designed for dogs who are reactive with other dogs, people or other stimuli while on a leash. The event will cover why dogs behave in this way and what owners can do to help.

Electorates have spoken in the municipal election and unofficial results reveal that Rocky View County (RVC) will swear in five incumbents and a couple new members to council.

The Bethany Cochrane Pumpkin Walk is still set to go ahead on Oct. 29. Pumpkin carvings can be dropped off outside the front door of the facility with the name, age and phone number of the carver. 

The results are in from the 2021 municipal election for Rocky View County council.
