The RCMP believe that these two individuals may be armed and present a danger to the public.

Most commonly, fraudsters simply copy the photo and description of a property, post it online with their own contact information and try to get a deposit and first month's rent from the victim.

"In addition, each family received gift cards for fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, and gas. All of the recipients are from our four feeder schools (Glenbow Elementary, Mitford Middle, RancheView and Fireside) and are future Bobcats. Bobcats take care of their own."

The RCMP Major Crimes Unit issued arrest warrants Tuesday night (Dec. 31) for Trista Nadene Tinkler, 34, and Robert Gordon Daignault, 51, and warned the pair may be warned they "may be armed and present a danger to the public"
