In a show of dominance, the Cochrane High Cobras girls’ soccer team finished their competitive regular season undefeated, winning their last game against the Bert Church Chargers at home with a score of 10-2 on Oct. 7.

The Cochrane Generals undefeated streak is over with a 4-1 loss last night to the Mountain View Colts.

Athletes of all ages took part in the Cochrane Endurance Project’s first open cross-country club meet of the season in Canmore Sept. 25.

After a stellar season of undefeated men’s competitive soccer, the Cochrane Rangers are looking to jump up a league next year.

Cochrane High School’s senior girls golf team will ride their win on Sept. 21 at South Central zones all the way into spring when provincials are now set to take place.

Cochrane High School’s senior girls golf team brought home first place, the grade nine girls finished second and the grade nine boys finished third, behind Bow Valley High School's grade nine boys who placed first.

The game was called with just over seven minutes left in the third quarter when Bow Valley threw in the towel early. Within the first quarter, a player for the Bobcats suffered a minor injury, which halted the game until an ambulance could arrive.

The Cochrane Generals thumped the Kainai Braves 17-2  in their regular-season opener Sept. 11 at the Cochrane Area.
