Finally, we can start travelling with our horses and enjoying the mountain trails (at least those not impacted by the flooding).

The sophomore year of the Eagle’s Best of Cochrane event was a raving success. If there’s one thing the community of Cochrane has it’s passion and the spirit of competition.

Spring has finally arrived…summer is on the way! Some activities at Seniors on the Bow (S0TB) will not continue through July and August, many will.

I can still hear the sound of my own annoying voice, blabbing on to whomever would listen, that if I ever quit smoking I would run a marathon. Following 15 years of moderate-turned-heavy smoking, that day finally arrived Jan. 17, 2011.
