CANCELLED: COCHRANE DOCS TO HOST TOWNHALL
Doctors in Cochrane had planned to host a public town hall on March 18 at 7 p.m. at the Cochrane Alliance Church at 902 Glenbow Drive. The event has been cancelled as a precautionary measure to protect the public in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. The doctors had planned to discuss how the provincial government's budget changes will be impacting healthcare on a local level. The event will be hosted online. We all remember the classic movie Matilda, don't we? The little girl with astonishing wit, intelligence and psychokinetic powers. Well, on Saturday, Mar. 14, Cochrane High School Performing Arts will be showing their rendition of the movie through a musical performance. There will be high energy dance numbers, catchy songs and unbelievable performances displayed by the students. This event is sure to be a pleaser for all ages.
