Old man winter isn't done with us yet.
Environment Canada issued a snowfall warning for Cochrane and Airdrie this morning, with total accumulations of 10 to 20 centimetres expected throughout the day.
Snowfall began this morning, around 9:30 a.m., and is expected to intensify this afternoon. It should taper off by late Wednesday morning, according to Environment Canada.
The weather agency warns that heavy snowfall could cause some areas to accumulate more than 20 centimetres and could create conditions with reduced visibility.
Drivers should be prepared for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions.
The snowfall warning also affects Olds and Sundre.
