“Those are such dangerous things and we really dislike doing it especially a vehicle that is coming toward Cochrane. But in the end, the driving in this particular case, the driving was extremely dangerous prior to us even being involved so that's why the decision was made to spike belt it to try and mitigate the risk as much as we could."
