Cochrane can also relate with its neighbours recent water woes, and the complexity of finding new water licences to meet its growth needs.

Why 61? Well, 61 years ago this Saturday, I had the honour of becoming the husband of the personification of the Lily of the Valley’s loving qualities.

Perhaps it is time for Cochrane to change its slogan, and I have a suggestion.
