Recently, an announcement was made about the closure of a medical clinic in Cochrane. This has raised concerns for many people in our community, including Council. We all recognize that a thriving, healthy community requires local medical care.

Ten years ago May 25 th , I ran a column that remains as timely today as ever. It dealt with the problem of unwanted email, but it applies just as much to shared items in all the social media.

This whole thing with bikes and dog walkers and pedestrians is kind of a joke. Why can’t people just show respect for one another. I’ve been going to the off-leash dog park down by the river for three years now and seen allot.
