I would propose that you enact a bylaw that all bicycles, with one exception, be prohibited from the Jim Uffelmann Off Leash Park.  That exception is children under the age of eleven when under the direct supervision of their parents or legal guardian.  That will provide a safe suitable space for pedestrians and people who walk their dogs, while cyclists also have a path along the river.

I don’t know about you, but I can’t grow a vegetable garden. Even Zone 2 plants fit for the Siberian climate die on my watch. This is why I am in awe of people who can grow food and make a business of it.

I am a senior living in Big Hill Lodge. The Cochrane people have been so very thoughtful to us ALL thu this COVID-19 time. During the summer there were groups that came and played their musical instruments for us.
