The Forgotten Farm, a Springbank animal rescue organization, has closed its doors amid complaints of animal neglect and mistreatment, which has lead to an investigation by the Alberta SPCA and Rocky View County’s Bylaw and Animal Services.

Although landowner Rupert Goodhart’s subdivision application didn’t align with the Rocky View County’s agricultural and residential policies, council approved the re-designation at the council meeting, May 28.
