Go west young men! Bow Valley Rugby Club’s U13 and U16 boys teams are set to embark on the trip of a lifetime as they head to Vancouver Island for a April 7 to 10 tour.

As winter turns to spring, the hockey season draws to a close, but not before one last hurrah. The 16th annual Yelnats Cup midget hockey tournament is set to take place at Spray Lake Sawmills Family Sports Centre from March 31 to April 3.
