Dear editor: Although Spray Lake Sawmills (SLS) contributes significantly to Cochrane’s economy, problems of indiscriminate clear-cut logging must be addressed.

Dear editor: I am pleased to see some interest being expressed in our local papers on the use of traffic roundabouts. The use of the modern roundabout design really is a superior system to improving traffic flow.

Dear editor: Thank you Spray Lake Sawmills and All Span for working with residents of the East End community to improve the noise quality of our neighborhood.

Dear editor: I pen this letter to express my deepest, most profound gratitude for exposing my personal pursuit of peace for all mankind.

Dear editor: Further to the idea of ‘thinking out of the box’, somewhere I read the suggestion of a traffic circle for the Highway 1A & 22 intersection.

Dear editor: When the new aquatic/curling facility is built, I hope to see you there.

Dear editor: I love this town. It’s easy to say and easy to write…I love this town! Sure, there are things that could be different, should be different. But I could be different and maybe should be different, too. But I’m not and neither is my town.
